Welcome to the Optimal Performance program that shows you how to do that and more. In addition to the established science plus my 30 years of experience working with people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels, I took what I learned from the original OPP users to make the program even better. It uses the same training principles that world-class athletes apply to take home the gold, win the trophy, and set those records.
When I designed the original OPP, it had one important purpose: to help people have energy exactly when they need it to be able to perform at their best. It accomplished that goal. But after it was released, two things happened. First, people were losing weight even though that was not the purpose the program. Second, people had specific questions about the meal plan, the exercise program, and using the program to lose weight. That feedback resulted in the new Optimal Performance program.
The most significant improvement was the development of a workbook. Each chapter of the workbook is associated with one of the four audios. All of the questions I’ve gotten are addressed: what foods can be eaten, how intense the exercise must be, and on an on. Another advantage is that the concepts are illustrated graphically in the workbook.
Here’s what’s in the Optimal Performance program:
- The first audio is The Basic Program. It’s a way of eating and exercising that helps you train your body to use fat as a fuel in a more efficient manner than just using the ketogenic or Paleo diets that are so popular right now. If you’re a goal-driven individual who wants to perform at the highest level or you simply want more energy to play with your kids, The Basic Program is for you.
- The second audio is Energy on Demand. It walks you through identifying when you need to be your best throughout the year, month, week, or even time of the day. It explains how to control what to eat when and when to eat what so you have energy exactly when you need it for your career, your athletic performance, or any other goals.
- The third audio is The Weight Loss Cycle. It explains the best way to lose weight and keep it off based on some classic and recent research. Use whatever diet plan you want to lose the weight, but if you want to achieve your weight loss goal, this shows you how to do it.
- The fourth audio is The Fat-Burning Program. While it’s simple, it’s not easy. It takes dedication and effort, but that’s what you’ve put into other weight-loss programs that just didn’t help you reach your fat-loss goals. I’ve taken the feedback I’ve gotten and toned down the intensity of the exercise program for beginning exercisers. It also contains programs for those who are accustomed to high-intensity training and weight training as well.
The Optimal Performance program is the premier program to help you have energy when you need it, lose weight and maintain it if you want to, and get rid of some body fat as well. All you have to do is add your effort to it and this program can help you achieve your personal and health goals.
