If you’re going to use or recommend a supplement for a specific condition, you need to know why—that’s what The Bottom Line provides. It gives you the latest research summarized in the no-nonsense way you’ve come to expect from me. You know I’ve always said that supplements don’t cure disease. They can help with nutritional deficiencies, and with the right nutrients, your body can do what it’s supposed to do: heal itself. The Bottom Line will give you the reasons specific nutrients can help with certain conditions. Check back often; new ones will be posted regularly.
